Mother City Queer Project

We wouldn’t be doing Cape Town and South African events justice if we didn’t talk about MCQP. Known as Cape Town’s biggest dress-up party. Every year around October, a new theme is announced. Party-lovers from all over the world go all out in preparation for the event with costumes. MCQP is a celebration of unity and brings together people from all walks of life. This year, MCQP celebrates it’s 25th anniversary and is set to be one for the books. The venue generally changes every year as to help promote excitement for the event.
